Enhanced Courier

Enhanced Courier is a software application installed on LAN/WAN based Win2000/XP computers in order to provide remote access, playback and processing of call data residing on one or multiple DI Reliant® or DI VoiceVault™ dispatch voice and radio recording systems.

A simple graphical user interface provides easy access to powerful features like:

• AudioMAP™ – multi-channel replay tool for recreating incidents or events on up to 64 channels simultaneously.
• CallTRAP™ – lock up to 5000 calls to be stored until you decide to unlock
• CallREPORTS - Activity, Content, Traffic and Total Reports tool providing statistics of system and channel activity with results summarized in text and color graphs
• CallLINK™ – save groups of calls together and quickly retrieve all at once.
• ChannelGUARD™ - system “watchdog” monitors each recording channel for incoming audio activity
• AgentNOTES – append alphanumeric text to a call record. Used for documentation of events, descriptive keywords like account name/number and then use that text as search criteria to quickly locate the call at anytime.
• Wildcard searches – use wildcard characters and alphanumeric text as search parameters to quickly locate specific calls.
• Call Classifications - identifying and recalling recordings by user defined categories
• Channel recording parameters – set thresholds and compression on a per channel basis. In fact, we’ve yet to meet a channel we couldn’t record.

Easily search for calls using criteria like date, time, channel, DTMF, caller ID, MF, ANI, ALI, I/O (inbound/outbound), duration, lock status and then playback with features including continuous replay, variable speed replay, audible date and time stamp, loop playback of a call segment.

Save the file as a .WAV, MP3 or WMA to send via email or distribute on CD and other portable media.
